Tapuae House sits on an exposed promontory with expansive views out to the Tasman Sea and Tapuae River. The views are captured through floor to ceiling windows and enhanced by continuous ceiling lines extending from indoors to the external soffit.

Structure was thoughtfully detailed to ensure load bearing elements could sit within the desired architectural form allowing views to be uninterrupted.
